They do not respond. They didn't file my state tax even after i emailed and called them multiple times.
Pathetic service and response. They haven't file even after paid for more than a week ago. Last couple of years did OK level service and however very poor and no accountability and commitment.

Worst tax people. Do not go with these people as they do not respond. They make a lot of mistakes and IRS will catch you. When you call them back no one responds, you are on your own. You want this experience, then welcome to go ahead with these guys. BIG BIG MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.
Stay away from this tax company . They do not file the taxes properly and multiple my friends who use Tax O consulting to file taxes have received the notices from IRS. Stay away!! If you are dealing with them , then try to get out from their business calmly else there are chances and they may sell your personal information if you argue them.
