I’m genuinely disappointed with the drastic decline in customer service at this business. In previous years, the service was excellent, but this year it was below one star. I submitted my two tax slips and payment by email and had to wait 10 business days, only for my taxes to be filed incorrectly. I had to call the CRA myself to confirm the error. previously owned by a Fantastic accountant who was engaged and would answer. since the changes i cant stress how horrible they are. my taxes were submitted 3 weeks ago and i still have not gottan a call from them. i had to call countless times, they were rude and refused to give me my information until literally the tax deadline and now i may have to pay interest on my amount owing. go somewhere else
