I’m genuinely disappointed with the drastic decline in customer service at this business. In previous years, the service was excellent, but this year it was below one star. I submitted my two tax slips and payment by email and had to wait 10 business days, only for my taxes to be filed incorrectly. I had to call the CRA myself to confirm the error.
