Would not recommend working with these folks. Unfortunately, they miscalculated my final paystub in wage (dollar less), severance, and commission owing approx. $300. I had to follow up multiple times to have their error and pay out corrected. They didn't initially apologize for their mistake or pay me out directly, instead I had to use petty cash from my former workplace. Efficient and knowledgeable. Easy to get to and lots of parking.
Where to start? Awful experience all around. Bharti should not be allowed to practice accounting professionally. First, Bharti and her team were regularly wrong in their advice and guidance. Not niche things either, but well understood laws and codes. As a newcomer to Canada, I trusted her to have expertise in her profession. They received all my tax information in March of 2022. I followed up with them many times but they did not complete my return until August. Even then, they failed to file the return with the CRA which resulted in a fine of over $2,000 dollars which I had to pay. They refused to reimburse me for their error. I do not recommend this business.
This company cannot seem to return a phone call or email.
