Called the TAXMAN office and scheduled appointment with Jack, last slot on a Friday. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Day of appointment, brought in printed copies of all the paperwork necessary for filing. After 15 minutes of working with Jack, our return was finished and e-filed. He printed our return and assembled a nice stapled folder containing all our tax documents for the year. Very quick and explanatory.
If there were more stars i would give jack bartz them all. Our taxes aren't complicated in the slightest, but he has always been kind, informative, and patient. Would highly recommend! My origional review was three years ago and I am happy to report his business has grown exponentially, unfortunately I recently had an unpleasant experience with a receptionist named Kelly while waiting for my appointment. She seemed verbally short with people, unpleasant, and generally unwelcoming. I'm saddened by this as I have been with him... read more
these guys a FAST, and affordable, I moved across country and still use them, I just email my docs and quick as lighting my returns are ready to go. HIGHLY recommend the Tax man of Shelton!
