So I have been here for the last 2 tax seasons. The First Lady I went to perfect.Her name was Anna Pacheco. Everything went smoothly. This year I go to Jill, I’m going to start by saying I’m super disappointed. For her to be a tax adviser and input the wrong bank routing and account number is unbelievable.
