Update to the response: Yes, I know she definitely complained on the phone and in person! Being a business owner it's unbecoming to lie regarding my review. They are very rude and make rude comments to my mom. She's 83 and has to walk with a walker which is an inconvenience to them. She will not be getting them again. They need to treat their clients with the utmost respect and care.
Extremely helpful when I was disabled. Equipment and transportation needs were met. Great community service. Thank you for being there when I needed support.
