J'ai appellé à 10h pour obtenir un taxi à 11h. La fille au téléphone est calme et sympathique et répète les informations pour être certaine des renseignements acquis. Jusque là tout vas bien. Vers 10h35 je reçois des textos de confimation, m'informant du véhicule et du conducteur qui va venir me chercher. J'en récois 4 à intervalle de 5-8min. Arrivé 11h, aucun taxi. Mais bien sûr,...
