I've never encountered this company before today but based on the reviews, I'm clearly not the only one with this issue. This morning, on Parker Rd (before Alma heading east) I had someone aggressively driving behind me, it was clear they wanted to pass me but I was speeding myself and they thought better of it (thankfully). Came across a horrible older white lady driving a White Chrysler Town & Country van today 8/21/25 at IANT in Richardson. Her License plate began with FGX or FXG. She was at a local mosque screaming and yelling at a man who came out and saw her confused. He was just trying to help and she was yelling at him & being extremely rude. Then she proceeded to walk away as he was talking to her got in her van and was continuously honking her horn. So disrespectful and ugly.

Desde el principio, una Excelente atención al cliente, te hablan para que entiendas muy bien el servicio y como será llevado. Te explican quien y a que horas van a recoger a tu hijo. Además cuenta con una app en la cual puedes hacer seguimiento de la conductora, desde que va hacia donde tu hijo, hasta cuando lo deja en la escuela. just passed one of their mini vans on the road, who almost sideswiped me trying to jump over without signaling because the person in front of them was slowing to turn. they were speeding, repeatedly weaving without signaling and tailgating cars that weren’t driving fast enough for them. I didn’t trust this person to even be driving in my vicinity and I am mortified that they are responsible for children’s safety with the way they drive. Parents, I would beware…
