Terrible service! I made an online reservation to be picked up. At the time of pickup no one was here. I called numerous times and no one ever picked up the phone! I text the number asking about my ride and no response!

I used these guys for about a week while I was on my vaction visiting Minnesota this summar. One of my friends from New York recommended that I use Epic's car service for a pick up from the MSP and also needed to travel to Duluth. Anyways, here is why I'm giving them a 5 star: -their cars are super clean, their drivers were never late in any of the days i used them for the whole week, and they treated me like a queen - which I am LOL!
