Richard Woodford of Tax Factory was referred to me from another tax preparer when he retired. My association with him began in January of 2025. We discussed his practice, experience and pricing. Was referred to this company by a former tax advisor and they never answer the phone and when they do, they say they will call back and it’s been a couple weeks and still haven’t heard from them. Poor business practice.
