This service has flaws, you go through the process answer all vehicle and tax information then pay the service fee for using the service, however TaxExcise made their money but the IRS did not receive the $550 for the 2290 at the time of transaction which is garbage business. I thought everything was great until the IRS sent me a letter letting me know that my 2290 was not paid and was forwarded over to a collection agency to pay it. Now I have to pay twice because the IRS just now sent me the notice during this current tax ... read more
