This was the worst tax experience/customer service ever. My husband and I file jointly, and TurboTax had us owing money, so we thought we'd bring our documents to Taxes 2 Go for a second opinion. We give them everything they've asked of us and were told that they would give us a call when our taxes were done. TWO WEEKS LATER my husband emailed them and asked if they were done with our taxes. I've always done my own taxes, but as they are becoming more complex, I decided it was time to get a professional involved. I reached out of 2/29/24 through Facebook to ask is they were taking new clients and explained my tax situation (live in kcmo, own a rental in KS, have a k-1, etc). I was told yes, so I dropped off all of my information on 3/1. I attached a note to my documents asking for a call to go over the process.
