I’ve used Taxes To Go for several years and always appreciated the in-person meetings with Susan. This year they changed their system and now customers are expected to just drop off documents without sitting down with a tax professional. That personal interaction was the main reason I stayed with them. I don’t feel comfortable with the new process and was disappointed by the change. Because of this, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I was referred here by my mom's best friend as I lost my tax guy of 16 years unexpectedly. Wonderful easy process that I experienced here. Kind people and Susan was great and efficient! Thank you again and I will see u next year with my taxes!
This was the worst tax experience/customer service ever. My husband and I file jointly, and TurboTax had us owing money, so we thought we'd bring our documents to Taxes 2 Go for a second opinion. We give them everything they've asked of us and were told that they would give us a call when our taxes were done. TWO WEEKS LATER my husband emailed them and asked if they were done with our taxes. I have been using Taxes To Go for a few years now. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. The prices are great and they are always happy to go over any questions I might have. Side note: Susan is amazing. Highly recommend this company!
Susan is so kind and made the process so quick and easy! She also wasn’t trying to take all my money, which I really appreciated, because my taxes took less than 15 minutes, and other places wanted $200+! I usually do them myself but from now on I’ll be going to her every year. Thank you Susan!!!
