Great place to get your taxes done. Very professional and comfortable atmosphere. Would recommend them to anyone. They definitely have the best pricing out of any other tax office! Keep up the good work ladies.
This was the worst tax experience/customer service ever. My husband and I file jointly, and TurboTax had us owing money, so we thought we'd bring our documents to Taxes 2 Go for a second opinion. We give them everything they've asked of us and were told that they would give us a call when our taxes were done. TWO WEEKS LATER my husband emailed them and asked if they were done with our taxes. I've always done my own taxes, but as they are becoming more complex, I decided it was time to get a professional involved. I reached out of 2/29/24 through Facebook to ask is they were taking new clients and explained my tax situation (live in kcmo, own a rental in KS, have a k-1, etc). I was told yes, so I dropped off all of my information on 3/1. I attached a note to my documents asking for a call to go over the process. They have always been so nice and helpful. For a couple of years, my records were from many different jobs. And Melody always took it with a smile. They are reasonably priced, and not over priced. I've gone to them for years.
