Susan was great to work with and very reasonable with price. I recommend her to everybody. She is a one person crew, which is amazing for one person to handle so many customers. I love the new drop off method makes it super easy and if she has any questions, she will reach out super painless process.
Susan was an absolute delight to work with. Very easy process with minimal effort. She kept me updated during my whole tax filling process so it was worry free on my end! Will be using her again in the future! 😊
I’ve used Taxes To Go for several years and always appreciated the in-person meetings with Susan. This year they changed their system and now customers are expected to just drop off documents without sitting down with a tax professional. That personal interaction was the main reason I stayed with them. I don’t feel comfortable with the new process and was disappointed by the change. Because of this, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I was referred here by my mom's best friend as I lost my tax guy of 16 years unexpectedly. Wonderful easy process that I experienced here. Kind people and Susan was great and efficient! Thank you again and I will see u next year with my taxes!
