Jennifer and her staff were awesome, kind and patient, a very welcoming vibe. My man and I didn't know what we were going to do about his taxes he hasn't filed in like 4 years. She gave us hope when we had lost it. She broke everything down to us detail for detail and always kept us up to date with everything, very reassuring. I would definitely recommend her from here on out. She is appreciative of her work and great at what she does. 10/10 knowledge is power.
