I just want to start by saying they were very welcoming! Even offered us coffee. I had a very bad experience with my last tax agent and decided to switch to Taxes R Us so this is my first time filing taxes with them and Richard did not disappoint. By far this is the biggest tax refund I’ll receive. I will be back next year definitely. Also on the way out they gave my son candies, so sweet! Thank you Taxes R Us for a positive experience! I left that place HAPPY.
Go somewhere else!!! They took full advantage. I wouldn't trust them taking care of any of my loved ones taxes.
