Rima is the sweetest person I have ever met. She patiently listened to our concerns and addressed them one by one with references. We even discussed about the fees which we thought was a little high in the beginning. Later, we were so satisfied with the service and were okay to pay whatever cost she would have said, because we knew it was worth it.

If I could give more than 5-stars, I would! Joan was an absolute lifesaver for me and helped me navigate and file everything I needed to do for my first year's worth of income working for myself. I have investments, multiple streams of income, and I'm in school, and Joan was able to help me get deductions I never would've been able to do on my own. If you're considering whether or not it's worth it to have someone else help you through your taxes when you're working for yourself, DO IT! Definitely will be back next year!
