When Laura Plenge worked there, Taxes Plus was great. She never once made a mistake, yet double-checked her work anyway. When she left, I was assigned Liz Bell, who mistakenly entered that we had received over a million dollars in income from an annuity, so when she was done, I was told we owed a large tax bill.
