I had the most wonderful experience and have incredible ladies in office. Very professional and welcoming. Fast and very experienced people.
I was a returning client until I came across a different experience with them and was having a difficult time to get my taxes. I’m not in town right now and I have to turn in record of some pages on my taxes and they wouldn’t help me by sending me my taxes through email and that really sucks that he are not helpful. The customer service is very nice, I’ve been there a few times and will continue to go, every time you are there they make you feel at home and in confidence and they have always helped me, and I have had no problems with anything, the whole process is fast with an appointment of course and even if you don't have an appointment they always try to take care of you, thank you! :)
