Tax prep always seems to take almost all day for us, so it is good to be in a comfortable physical environment, and this is, with a spacious feel and the necessary amenities--a restroom and a fridge. Most important, though, is that Dale is a good communicator, intelligent, patient, and easy to have a good working relationship with. We followed her to this new business from her former place at H&R Block, and though the furniture is not quite as new, this is a _much_ better place to get our taxes prepared.
