This places has gone downhill. My friends and family would get their taxes done with Catherine and it’s alarming to know we all have issues with our refunds this year! Never again!! Use turbo tax!!
They are always helpful and super nice
We have used taxes for tips a few times and haven’t had a problem until this year! Our return was apparently sent back to them from our bank because the check had the wrong account number. I called and they told me they would send us a paper check, okay cool no big deal. Well over 2 weeks later we still haven’t received a check that she claimed she was sending via express mail. She was supposed to be sending us a tracking number and we never reciprocate that either. We have called and emailed several times with zero response... read more
