Years ago I came in to get help with my dad's taxes. He used these people for years. I found out my dad had a tax issue that was complicated for me to fix. I figured these guys wouldn't have an issue with it. I came in and explained the issue, and the guy listens, collects all of the paperwork, and then says "the issue is this..." And proceeds to explain to me what I just told him I needed help with. Another customer comes in (I had an appointment) and he greets them and acts like we're done.
