I paid $100 upfront, but my taxes couldn't be completed because they claimed a document was missing. Ironically, I could have filed my taxes using that same document. The tax preparer refused to refund my money for their failure to file my taxes, which I find highly unprofessional. No reputable tax company should charge you if they're unable to file your taxes. Needless to say, I won't be using their services again.
Good customer service
Customer from last 2 years. There services has gone down drastically. I am trying to file using these guys for 2023 and they keep on calling on any u schedule time randomly. The window given is ignored. It’s so inconvenient and poor service. Never again. This is happening after paying the fees, thinking to do online as my taxes are simple.
Worst service if you get less refund , had to follow hundred times and still no response . Will not recommend to anyone
