Bill was able to successfully lower the assessed value on my home. He is extremely knowledgeable about the petition process and common mistakes made during assessment. While working with him, he was extremely responsive and very professional. This might sound like fluff, but he strikes me as just a genuinely good person. His cost to appeal is proof of that.
