My wife and I attended an appointment for our tax returns. There was very little communication between us and the person entering our information. After about 25 minutes of awkward silence we were told we could go and that our assessments would be sent via email shortly. It took 3 weeks for those assessments to be sent out. Please if you value your business do not use this accountant. All I can say is wide berth and go elsewhere. Very unfriendly and hard to deal with.
