I’ve had an EXCELLENT experience with this office! The staff has really tried to help me with a complex issue left by my Dad when he passed (Alzheimer’s). They have also done things in a timely manner (which unfortunately seems to be unusual behavior on the big island — in my experience anyway), and have been super efficient and communicative. I’ve dealt with other tax offices and I’ve got to admit- Hilo is so blessed! We have such a great tax department. The workers are kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I usually walk into the office with a long list of questions/ tasks and they are always so patient with me. I’m extremely grateful!
