I was referred to Barb by an attorney friend in Milwaukee. I live in Oshkosh but it was always an enjoyable ride to Waldo where she resided and operated her business from her home. After meeting Barb, I found out we had mutual interests in animals, specifically dogs. I was impressed in how thorough and serious she took her businesses. Regardless of where Barb conducts her business, I can always count on her to be there for me.

Was going to her for years. This year she raised her rates 50 extra dollars for drop offs. Didn't learn that until walking in. Sent a couple emails and texts wondering the status of my taxes because I was told 15 min which she denies and not one single time did she EVER respond until 5 days later stating she wasn't doing them anymore because of the volume of calls she got from me. Maybe if she actually bothered to let me know she was still alive or have actually done what I paid for? Had to wait another week to get my money ... read more

I understand things are hard and backed up because of the pandemic, but she had my info for two weeks. She never told me that she was behind. She said they were entered and just needed to review them. A week later she said she didn't even start them. I wasted all that time. And I owe back taxes so timing is important. Now I have to find somewhere else.
