I have not had a good experience with this tax prep company. They over promise and under deliver. I gave them my tax documents 1 month before the April 2014 deadline, and they responded at the deadline saying they needed to file an extension because they couldn't finish. It's now June 2014 and I still have not received. SUPER SLOW and INCOMPETENT with tax returns where there is a higher net worth and business related transactions involved. They are nice over the phone but that's it. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
