Very disappointed with this company. Contacted them in June asking why we hadn't recieved our refund as promised. We were told that it was filed and would be coming. We checked back again today and found out that they did not verify the filing and it was not filed with the state of Idaho. Were were told that they were sorry. They would file it today. Rhuman and Associates took over my previous CPA’s business that I had had doing my taxes for the past 18 years. I brought in my taxes to them and they never got them done! I called every week to see if they were done and no one ever reached out to me.
