These people are not qualified enough. I do not understand how they have received such positive reviews. I went there for a very straightforward tax return based on my income. The woman who assisted me told me that I would see the payment amount on the IRS website (irs.gov). I checked multiple times and even called them, but I could not find any payment information online.
