Over the years, they have become increasingly unprofessional. Charging for incomplete services rendered. No communication whatsoever with those who have been loyal to the business. Truly disappointed...

I STRONGLY suggest to everyone Do Not contact this business to prepare your taxes. They Do Not value their customers. There is No One to speak to after you give them your paperwork. I have called repeatedly and sent so many emails for follow-ups. I received a reply via email on 4/13/2024 that my taxes were completed. I Do Not know if my taxes were filed electronically or mailed. I am literally begging for someone to reach out to me to answer my questions and return my paperwork. I have a feeling they already charged their fe... read more
Never gets the phone, when u send e-mails no reply this new management is horrible I’ve been doing taxes wit them for 17 years after this year I’m done. Also last year my checks came and they never informed me so they sent them back if I didn’t go down there I would have never know or gotten my checks. Black own business and u treat black people like this
