This was my first time using Tax With Us in Middletown, De. I was lucky to have Debbie do my taxes. If I had questions I needed answered, my emails were addressed promply. When my taxes were done, Debbie explained every deduction until we came to what I owed Uncle Sam. That was the end of a good day. The price to file taxes are very reasonable.
This is the first time I used Tax with Us, and it will be the last. Linda called me last week to tell me my taxes were finished and I did not need an appointment. I assumed that the CPA would discuss my Federal & State taxes with me. What Linda did was hand me 2024 & 2025 tax folders and take my check for service. No explanation at all or advise given on changes that could be made to pay less to IRS in 2027. I told Linda I wanted to speak to Gayle but said she had clients until 3: 00 PM. Horrible people. Love to gossip instead of focusing on Business. Totally lied on me for no apparent reason at all. Didn’t want to do business, clearly.
This group handle 4 yrs of back taxes,with an adoption and guardianship and other issues..never had an issue, always called back when in office..and always worked with me .. No one was never not polite ... i see someone posted that they were rude.I can't see that happening. If you knew how many times I called them.....they are very good people
