Poor management and will make you wait day without getting work done.
Worst management, exceeds the worst expectable. Made me and my friend wait the whole day since 9:25 in the morning. And this was my third appointment in the week. It literally took them an hour to manage 3 people. What a joke!!! Better off going to anybody else with a board saying tax file.
