Originally I was going to give them three stars because they insisted my husband come into the office, for something that could have easily been done on Zoom, two days after he was discharged from the hospital and not 100% because she “didn’t have time to download zoom”. Today we received a letter from the IRS that Amy made a $15,000 mistake on our taxes and it wasn’t in our favor. So that three stars is now a one star. Sloppy work.
