Horrible customer service. We booked an appointment for 4:00 pm on a Saturday, arrived at 3:50 pm and waited in the waiting room until 5:00 pm. We asked for an update on timing and were then told it would be over another hour. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and abrasive although we sat patiently for an hour. If you would like professional or even somewhat punctual tax services, do not go to this provider.
