Would not recommend them for personal taxes at all—maybe only for big business filings. They messed up my return by entering incorrect information, and now I can’t even access my CRA account. I’ve been on calls for over an hour just fixing their mistake. Extremely poor service, slow responses, and careless work. Feels like all they care about is getting paid while delivering a crappy job.
