Horrible I'm a first time client and the tax professionals robbed me on my taxes and took a 1500$ cash advance out in my name. They took advantage of me. I am in process of filing charges. Do not go here!!! Especially if your a single mom and struggling. Don't tell them that. Smh they prey on the vulnerable. They told me I didn't qualify for a cash advance and yet corporate said I signed the check.
