I had an extremely disappointing experience with this CPA. She completely mishandled my taxes, resulting in a major error that cost me my refund. What’s worse, she refused to take accountability even with the proof of the mistake. I had to hire another accountant to fix the mess, which cost me more time, money, and stress. I expected professionalism and accuracy—what I got was negligence and zero ownership. I would not recommend her services to anyone.
