I’ve been waiting since February, over 8 months, for my tax amendment to be sent out and it still isn’t done. They never answer the phone, ignore emails, and don’t call back. My mom and I have both tried multiple times and have gotten nowhere. Completely unprofessional and lazy. Do not trust Tax Tyme with your taxes.
