I had them do my 2023 taxes. This year when I asked some questions including to access some of my 2023 forms, I was told they won't do business with me anymore. What did I do wrong? This doesn't seem to be in keeping with their mission statement that is posted on their website. Oh and their price about doubled for this year over last year.
Great place for doing your taxes. Only problem is they do not have disabled access to the office. Although they will take care of you downstairs at another business.
