STAY FAR AWAY Where do I even begin? We began with Mike because he seemed like a decent, knowledgeable CPA to work with as this was our first time using a CPA. I explained to him our circumstances. He said no problem and he recommended we sign up for his "monthly" services so we can get able of him for questions. Anytime I would email him, he would respond with short rude responses. Unfortunately I had to experience what so many people on here have wrote about. They won’t talk to you in person only via the portal. To get a hold of Mike is impossible and then they blame you for everything. They have collected 2000 of my money and won’t give a penny back even though they have not done a single thing to warn the money. See ya in court

BLUF: I never had issues with the IRS until Mike was hired for his CPA services. I regret not reading the reviews before hiring him. If you have a security clearance…think twice about using Tax Time CPA. We normally have H&R Block file our taxes but because we sold a home in CA and bought investments properties in CO, we felt it was better to hire a CPA. I paid the $156 onboarding fee back in February for the privilege of getting completely ghosted and having the most stressful Tax Day of my life. I had to scramble at the last minute to figure out an estimate to pay along with my extension to avoid penalties.
