We have had a positive experience with Tax Time CPAs. Staff is responsive and friendly, and our questions are answered in reasonable time. We "inherited" Tax Time, in Durango, from a firm that inherited our original CPA's business from dear Janet Coloff, who died.
I’m only giving three stars because my taxes have always been filed on time and correctly (from what I can tell). As a small business, I recently decided that I needed to find another CPA. This is mostly due to lack of communication from Mike and because I feel the operation he runs is very disorganized and difficult to deal with. I have been working with Mike for a few years now. Him and his team are friendly, professional and take care of business.
STAY FAR AWAY Where do I even begin? We began with Mike because he seemed like a decent, knowledgeable CPA to work with as this was our first time using a CPA. I explained to him our circumstances. He said no problem and he recommended we sign up for his "monthly" services so we can get able of him for questions. Anytime I would email him, he would respond with short rude responses.
