My appt was scheduled for 9AM & I was waiting in the waiting room for an hour. Melanie came out around 9:45 said it was “going to take longer & she’ll be right with me” 10am comes & she comes out and tells me to just give her my paperwork & she’ll give me a call later. Very UNPROFESSIONAL of her telling me she’ll be with me in a few moments & then not being seen at all. Taking my business somewhere else because this was ridiculous. Wasted my time here & will NEVER recommend this place for taxes.

For the last 10 years, I have gotten my taxes prepared by Mr. Stagman, up until his recent passing. When I first came to Taxtician my taxes were a mess and I was in tears because I couldn’t find anyone who seem to have knowledge of various issues and circumstances related to taxes and more importantly someone I could trust but Mr. Stagman explained everything to me and was able to get me back on track and I continued to see him every year during tax season.
