Every year is the same: the website doesn't work and the answer is the same: "our website is up and running with no reported outages". Then you call the 888 number and they replied that they are not abled to do tax payments. So you have to call Tax Tech again, but now it is Friday and their recording says they only work Monday thru Thursday! Worse yet is they will not try to fix the problem because according to them there is no problem!

Lobby is closed make payment on the street
The Web site is not working I try 2 different browsers, every year is the same, I have the same problem and now I see that more people has the same problem, I do not think is my connection because I am working and sending payments to other places. Please if you can ask your Tech Department to fix it. Thanks
Their website is not working at all. Can’t load the webpage whatsoever. The staff can’t fix this issue and the Att internet company can’t fix it also. I see tons of people stopped by their office and dropped off tax payments to them. It’s very inconvenient and annoying. Some people may needed to drive a long way because of this issue. I reported this issue to one of the staffs last year, I guess the company just don’t care of all of us anymore.
