Every year is the same: the website doesn't work and the answer is the same: "our website is up and running with no reported outages". Then you call the 888 number and they replied that they are not abled to do tax payments. So you have to call Tax Tech again, but now it is Friday and their recording says they only work Monday thru Thursday! Worse yet is they will not try to fix the problem because according to them there is no problem!
