DO NOT go the Tax Team for anything!! The business doesn’t deserve any stars!! Patricia Broughton (Owner) didn’t enter my income and taxable income for 2023 and last week we received a notice from the IRS stating we owe them money $3,500 to be exact due to failure to enter the above information. Patricia also didn’t inform me that not only do we owe money to the IRS but to State of VT as well. Patricia is rude disrespectful and condescending Do not use this business Had to pay up front for my fiancé to get his taxes done he still hasn’t gotten his refund IRS says still processing she refuses to help get the issue solved after stating if he did not get his refund by the 15th to call back…upon calling back we were told she’s gone above and beyond and will need to be paid hourly to continue!!!
