Patricia is rude disrespectful and condescending Do not use this business Had to pay up front for my fiancé to get his taxes done he still hasn’t gotten his refund IRS says still processing she refuses to help get the issue solved after stating if he did not get his refund by the 15th to call back…upon calling back we were told she’s gone above and beyond and will need to be paid hourly to continue!!! Quite literally the most thorough tax preparation we’ve ever had. Our preparer was incredibly well informed and happy to answer any question we had. For extra credit 😊 the desk staff is very kind and professional, and they also have coffee and tea to enjoy while you have your meeting. Great experience and will definitely use them again 👍🏻
