ALL I CAN SAY IS DON'T USE TAX STARZ USA. I HAVE TRIED TO WORK WITH LOUIS FOR A FEW YEARS AND EVERYTHING HAS BEEN SCREWED UP. HE FILES EXTENTIONS AND DOEN'T FOLLOW THROUGH. NO ONE IN THAT OFFICE KNOWS WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON.CHECK BBB AND REVIEWS. LOUIS HAS NOT FILED OUR TAXES AND HAS NOT CONTACTED US. HE ALSO SHOWS HIS CLIENTS TAX PREPARING ONLINE WHEN HE IS DOING REMOTE WORK. I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO HIS OFFICE AND THEY KNOW ABOUT IT. I HAVE SEEN NUMOUROUS SS# ADDRESS ALL THE FAMILY PERSONAL INFORMATION SO DONT DO IT.

This is my second year using Tax Starz of Tampa. I can't express enough how pleased I am with their services. The owner, Louis is extremely professional, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping you maximize your return. He is very accurate and honest and thorough. He even spent extra time over the phone explaining everything to me.
