They incorrectly processed my returns. They are missing my ex spouses information and said they will fix it but have been ignoring me. Along with filing as single when I told them that was not the case. I was told that we reviewed the taxes when in fact, Louis called me an hour early at work just to have me listen to him talk to other employees about other clients taxes. Do not trust this place to do your taxes. We met with Louis and did our business and personal taxes a few months ago and while he was doing our deductions he was holding a baby at the same time while adding our stuff up wrong. He filed our taxes as a corporation instead of an LLC so now we need to do an amended return. I’ve called twice this morning and emailed, with no response. All this place cares about is the money you give them. There customer service sucks you can never get in touch with anybody.. if they screw up they don't make it right for you stay away from this place. I had to place one star on it but it's not even worth that.

Louis is a tax genius.. Love this guy, he took my hopeless taxes for the last 3 years and turned them completely around and got me back so much money. I would have never been able to do this on my own. He's very friendly and is wonderful at his job. And didn't charge half as much as competitors!!! Definitely give him a shot. Thank you Louis you made my day ..
