Absolutely love the ladies at Tax Starz and have been using them for about 4 years now. Melissa has always been so helpful no matter the situation. Definitely recommend!
We went into the office and “filed” our taxes with Melissa. Long story short she messed up our taxes and on top of that she is impossible to get in touch with. We found out they were messed up ourselves by contacting the IRS and sitting on the phone with them for 6 hours until they let us know what the issue was. We have reached out to Melissa dozens of times through phone calls, emails, Facebook. She responded ONE TIME and said “I’ll look into it” and has left us hanging ever since.
