Have reached out since the beginning of the year to make an appointment for my taxes only to be told I'm on a list no return calls will look elsewhere for someone who communicates and wants to do the job very sad since I have been going here for over 20 years shows they no longer care
I must commend tax accountant Philip Wood, for his honest and dedicated work and advisement to guide me through the tax filing process. His work is excellent and always helpful.
Good experience for me for past several years.
No communication at all. After multiple emails, and phone calls, and messages left with the receptionist, and voicemails left, still no return call or email to tell us when our taxes would be ready. We were rushed through our initial appt and then dropped, nothing, never let us know when they would be ready when they weren't ready when they initially promised. Appt was in Feb.
