We took our taxes by there and they told us we couldn’t file and wouldn’t get anything back, then refused to give us our paperwork back, telling us “we wouldn’t need it…” Very rude, unprofessional, and can never get them to answer the phone. So we called social security ourselves and got them to send us a new benefits letter since they would not give us back OUR property they misinformed us about!… and e-filed for free with the IRS.gov online.
