Have requested to get my tax done 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing at all from these people! Called numerous times to be told that the person who was my agent will be sent a message to follow up, this a bloody joke!
Shocking service, literally two weeks and over half a dozen phone calls just to find out what I'm getting back. Now I have to wait another two weeks for ATO. Also it costs $212 to do a return now. Last time it was under $150. Absolute joke!!
