Really awful experience. Booked in a consultation to discuss investment property, maximising claims and deductions etc and the person on the phone was giving us advice on using the logbook method for maximising returns on car kilometres. Very odd. When we finally got onto the conversation required, he apparently couldn’t hear us (4 different times). After that, we decided to end the appointment. Awful.
They scheduled a zoom meeting and no one showed. No contact to advise no one was available. Then asked to provide a review. One star.

This is my first year doing my Tax Return with Dmitry and my goodness I learnt so much information I never knew before. Very experienced and well-versed in everything related to tax and more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone :)
