Always good dealing with Dimitri
Extremely unprofessional. Makes a booking for a Zoom meeting and doesnt turn up. When I phoned to find out what was happening , the receptionist said they would send an urgent message to Dmitry to find out but half an hour later still heard nothing. The unprofessional service leads me to believe they would do a poor job of our tax return so will go elsewhere
