I encountered Brenda while doing work at her primary residence. While I was sitting in the yard on break, Brenda approached me very angrily and cussed me out because I wasn’t working and she thought I should be. Although she did not know the whole story, (which was because I was waiting on parts to get there, to finish the job) she could’ve handled this situation much differently; and could’ve asked for the details before acting irrationally, affecting her reputation.
I dropped my tax stuff off and she told me she would contact me. She made no contact, I haven't been able to reach her, I let a note in the mailbox with my number on it. My taxes still are not done this year.
The only way we file! She is the best and so fast while still efficient!
